At Scrap2Home, we collect scrap wood - wood normally sent to a dumpster and then a landfill - and use it to build furniture for people who need it but cannot afford to buy it. We've upcycled more than 14 TONS of wood into 1,000 items!

Why We Do It
Each year, construction and demolition companies send an estimated 36 million tons of wood to landfills. In addition, there are thousands of people in the Cincinnati region who would benefit from free furniture.

How We Do It
Our wooden furniture is built to last. We construct each piece to ensure strength, durability, and stability. All items are sanded before finishing with stain or paint.
